What to include
Any of these that apply, so the first reply can be an answer instead of a question:
- Your bid id, if it is about a bid. It is in your receipt email and at the end of your bid page address:
/bid/<id>. - The email address you paid with, if you are writing from a different one.
- Which spot it concerns.
- For a refund question, roughly when you were outbid.
- For a design question, the file itself attached.
Please don't send card numbers. We can't use them and we don't want them.
When you'll hear back
Within two business days, every time — including when the honest answer is “still looking into it”. Money questions go to the front of the queue.
If it has been longer than that, send the same email again. It means we missed it, not that we are ignoring you.
